Because live plants are delicate, perishable living organisms, they cannot withstand extended courier return loops or failed delivery attempts. Prepayment allows us to prioritize immediate hydration, specialized packaging, and the fastest direct transit to your address.

You can cancel your order anytime before it is packed and dispatched from our nursery, and you will receive a 100% full refund at no extra charge.

Once your plant has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, cancellations cannot be accepted because the live plant is already en route. To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately with your order number via WhatsApp or email.

We deliver across almost all serviceable pincodes in all 28 states and union territories of India, including metro hubs, Tier-2/Tier-3 cities, and regional districts.

Note for Jammu & Kashmir: Direct delivery is readily available for city centers; for interior or village pin codes, please check with us on WhatsApp prior to ordering to ensure seamless courier coverage.

Estimated transit times from our Kolkata nursery:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India / Regional Towns: 5 to 7 business days.
• Air Express: Faster 2 to 3 day delivery option selectable for eligible pincodes at checkout.

We pack plants fresh on Mondays through Thursdays to prevent them from sitting in courier transit depots over long weekends.

Shipping charges depend on the total weight of your order (including root ball and protective boxing) and your destination pincode.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we send you an automated confirmation message via WhatsApp and SMS containing your courier partner details (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, or Blue Dart) along with your tracking AWB number and a direct live tracking link.

We use a specialized 3-stage nursery packaging technique engineered specifically for live plants:

• Pre-dispatch Hydration: Plants are deep-watered 24 hours prior to dispatch so roots are well-fed and strong.
• Moisture-Retention Wrap: The root ball is encased with nutrient soil and secured with breathable, moisture-locking film to prevent root desiccation.
• Vertical Ventilated Carton: The plant is fixed firmly inside a heavy-duty, double-walled vertical corrugated box with air ventilation holes, preventing shifting, upside-down damage, or suffocation.

We provide a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee! If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged due to courier handling:

• Take clear photos or a short video of the plant and its carton within 24 hours of delivery.

Do not worry — this is completely normal!

Plants travel several days in a dark box, so shedding a few older leaves or displaying slight wilting is a natural botanical defense against transit stress. It does not mean the plant is dead or damaged.

Bougainvilleas are exceptionally tough plants. Once given a light drink of water and placed in bright shade for a few days, their roots stabilize and fresh new green shoots will sprout within 7 to 10 days.

Follow these 4 golden steps for a stress-free start:

• 1. Unbox Gently: Cut packaging tapes carefully without pulling on branches or flower buds.
• 2. Inspect & Hydrate: Check root ball dampness. If the topsoil is dry, water lightly with room-temperature water.
• 3. Keep in Shade for 48 Hours: Place the plant in a bright, well-ventilated spot with indirect light. Avoid harsh midday sun for the first 2–3 days.
• 4. Do NOT Repot Immediately: Allow the plant at least 5 to 7 days to adjust to your home environment before repotting.

After 5 to 7 days of acclimatization, you can transfer your plant into a permanent container:

• Pot Size: Choose an 8 to 12 inch terracotta or plastic pot with good bottom drainage holes.
• Potting Soil Recipe: 40% garden soil, 30% coarse river sand or perlite, and 30% vermicompost / aged cow manure.
• Repotting: Loosen the outer root ball slightly without disturbing main roots, place in the new pot, fill around with soil, water thoroughly once, and keep in semi-shade for 2 days before moving to full sun.

Bougainvilleas are sun-worshipping plants that love warmth and moderate drought:

• Sunlight: Requires at least 5 to 6 hours of direct, blazing sunlight daily. If kept in partial shade, they produce excessive green leaves but few flowers.
• Watering: Water deeply only when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Do not keep the soil constantly soggy, as overwatering inhibits blooming and can cause root rot.
• Pruning: Prune tip branches lightly after each flowering cycle to stimulate fresh, flower-bearing branches.
