Your plant starts its journey from our nursery with extra care — packed fresh and ready for its new home.
⏱️ Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll see the exact shipping charge at checkout before making your payment.
Most orders are delivered within:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
📦 How We Pack Your Plants
Before shipping, every plant is properly hydrated and prepared for its journey.
We carefully wrap the root ball with moist soil and a protective biodegradable wrap to help keep the roots hydrated during transit.
The plant is then securely packed in a double-walled vertical carton with ventilation holes to keep it upright and protect it while travelling.
🛡️ If Your Plant Arrives Damaged
If your plant arrives broken, severely wilted, or dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and package.
If the claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement plant free of charge. You only cover the replacement shipping cost.
